NHULUNBUY TOWN BOARD ELECTIONS – Nomination Day Wednesday 20 December 2017 at 12 noon!
NOTICE is hereby given that an election will be held on Saturday 13 January 2018 to elect one representatives to the Nhulunbuy Town Board for a two-year term.
Candidate nomination forms are available from the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office in Westal Street during normal business hours 8am – 4:30pm Mon to Fri or by email to the Returning Officer, Alyce Fredriksen via email@example.com
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Returning Officer, Alyce Fredriksen, at the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office by 12 noon on Wednesday 20 December 2017. No nominations will be accepted after this date and time.
To be eligible for nomination, the candidate must:
• be an enrolled voter
• not be employed by the Nhulunbuy Corporation, and
• not be disqualified from being a member of the Nhulunbuy Town Board under section 30 or 40 of the Associations Act.
